Excsep® PFP column are made of ultra-high purity, ultra-high mechanical strength spherical chromatographic bare silica gel, which is prepared by the unique surface modification technology and tailing technology of OneTwo Chromatography. Pentafluorophenyl is bonded to the silica gel, which allows it to have hydrophobic interaction, dipole interaction, and π electron interaction at the same time and is suitable for the separation of aromatic rings and heterocyclic compounds.
