Excsep® Chiral Columns
Excsep® chiral columns are based on fully porous spherical silica gel with surface-modified polysaccharide derivatives, providing higher loading of cellulose or amylose derivatives, good batch stability, and better separation performance than similar products. They are suitable for the separation and analysis of most chiral compounds, such as HPLC analysis, semi-preparative preparation, and supercritical fluid chromatography preparation of chiral drugs and compounds.
